CORRECTION: Key Stage Returns Submission Dates
Please see below the correct dates for the Key Stage Returns submission deadline date as stated in the LA's letter to the Headteachers:
EYFS Submission Deadline via S2S: Thursday 30th June 2022
Year 1 & Year 2 Phonics Submission Deadline via S2S: Tuesday 28th June 2022
Key Stage 1 Submission Deadline via S2S: Tuesday 28th June 2022
Key Stage 2 Submission Deadline via Primary Assessment Gateway: Tuesday 28th June 2022
The Key Stage notes have been updated to reflect the correct dates and you can download the notes by logging into the website, then click Categories | Assessment & Key Stage.
The Key Stage 2 completion notes have been uploaded to our website as well. We could not retrieve screenshots for the Primary Assessment Gateway. If we do gain the screenshots we will upload them to our website.

COVID-19 Related SIMS Attendance Subcodes
Following consultation with the DfE, a range of subcodes have been added to the SIMS Attendance/Lesson Monitor application for session marks I (Illness) and X (Non-compulsory school age or COVID-19 related). The aim is to assist schools with differentiating pupil/students’ absence from school in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The new subcodes have been added to schools SIMS databases for use via the Take Register/Edit Marks routines.

Please Note: These codes are for reporting purposes only and will only be reflected in School Census in terms of their aggregation into attendance session code totals as per the table below:
